1. About Our Services

We provide strategy-led marketing services — market research, branding, digital marketing, social media management, and video production — together with digital products and educational programs, including Illusiview AI Labs working sessions and enablement programs. The scope, duration, format, access period and price of each offering are stated in the relevant proposal, engagement document or service page.

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for or purchasing our products or services. If you purchase on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

3. Registration and Account Information

Certain offerings may require your name, email address, phone number or other information. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided by you is accurate. Access credentials and registration links must not be shared with unauthorised persons.

4. Pricing

All prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise specified. Applicable taxes, including GST where applicable, will be displayed or included as required by applicable law. We may modify pricing for future purchases; price changes will not affect successfully completed transactions. Engagement minimums — social media retainers (4-month minimum) and end-to-end partnerships (12-month minimum) — follow the engagement document.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers, including Razorpay and/or other processors displayed at checkout or stated in the invoice. We do not directly collect or store complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN or other payment credentials. A purchase or engagement is considered confirmed only after payment confirmation in accordance with the engagement document.

6. Program & Session Access

After successful payment and registration, applicable access information will be sent to the email address or other contact information provided. Participants are responsible for joining using the provided access link and for having a compatible device, internet connection and required software. We may change a session or program schedule where reasonably necessary. Where a session is rescheduled, registered participants will generally receive access to the rescheduled session.

7. Digital Products & Learning Resources

Digital products may include guides, workbooks, presentations, recordings, reference materials, campaign assets and other digital content. Such products are licensed for the purchaser's personal or authorised organisational use unless otherwise stated. They must not be resold, publicly shared, redistributed, uploaded to file-sharing platforms, reproduced for commercial resale or presented as the purchaser's own work.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, presentations, videos, recordings, logos, trademarks and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Illusiview Immersive Solutions (OPC) Private Limited, unless otherwise stated. Purchase does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights. Deliverables created for an engagement transfer to the client upon full payment as stated in the engagement document.

9. Educational & Results Disclaimer

Our content and sessions are provided for general educational and informational purposes. Participation does not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical, investment, tax or other professional advice unless expressly stated. No particular result, income, professional advancement or other benefit is guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. Case-study numbers on this website describe specific past client engagements, not promises.

10. No Unauthorised Recording

Unless expressly permitted, participants must not record, reproduce, livestream, redistribute or commercially exploit a live session or accompanying content. We may record sessions for educational, operational or quality purposes where appropriate and may inform participants accordingly.

11. Refunds and Cancellations

Purchases are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Except where required by applicable law or specifically identified in that policy, purchases are non-refundable. Retainer and partnership cancellations follow the minimum-commitment terms of the engagement document.

12. Technical Issues

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including internet failures, third-party platform outages, device problems or telecommunications failures. Where a technical issue on our side materially prevents access, we may provide an alternative access method, replacement session or other appropriate resolution.

13. Third-Party Platforms

Sessions may use third-party platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet or other services. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.

14. Prohibited Use

You must not use the website or materials for unlawful purposes or in a manner that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, unauthorised distribution, misuse, abuse or violation of these Terms.

15. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue portions of the website where reasonably necessary.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Illusiview Immersive Solutions (OPC) Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from use of the website, services or materials. Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published with the revised effective date.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
